In response to Re: New toilet easily clogged by toilet paper
: My new American Standard Williamsburg toilet efficiently flushes solid waste but a few blobs of toilet paper clog it (when no solid waste is present). The clog persists forcing the use of a plunger. The old toilet did not have this behavior. I've read the adjustment instructions but don't see anything that seems to apply.
: Suggestions?

Make sure that the toilet tank water level is set at the correct height, if the flapper has an adjustment float on the chain, bring it as close the flapper as possible.
