It would be a joy if tub spouts and shower heads were always roughed in with the tile in mind, but how is the plumber going to know what size tiles are going to be used . . . . unless he or she looks at a plan? :-)

: Hello, I'm installing a new 2 handle rough in valve for a tub. What is the recommended height above the tub for the spout? I suppose it should line up with the midle for the first course of tile but not sure.
