Since the vents are not in the pipe between the bend and the "Y"'s it would not meet code in most areas. : up to code?: I setup a toilet to a 4x3 flange to 8 inches vertical 3" to a long 90-deg sweep to change to horizontal where it then runs 6 inches to a the horizontal main (via wye). there are two vents within 2 feet of upstream and downstream of the wye (one for the bathtub trap and another for the sink). : I'm in upstate new york
