About a year ago I bought a condo that is heated by hot water. The bedrooms on the second level are always much colder than the downstairs where the thermostat is. Also, a few of the movable plates above the fins are missing. Is there a way to balance the seperate rooms on multi levels and does that missing part effect the air flow or not... |
