Have you replaced the brass "stand" that the flipper pivots on. The bolt holes through it are usually worn to the point that the unit does not fall down straight which causes it to leak.
: I have replaced the rubber flapper that flips
: up to flush, but I can not get it to always seal when it drops back down. I have put in 3 diffrent rubber units, wieghted it with paper clips, adjusted the chain and wiped the seat. How can I replacec the flush vvalve seat?
: Thanks Kevin
