|In response to Re: Installing Washer-Dryer hookup|
Okay, so I've figured I need a sump well installed. I'm assuming that the plasic wells you get from the web are embedded in some sort of concrete surrounding.
From there the hose from the washer will go into the sump well, the sump pump in the sump well will pump it up to the overhead pipe. A check value of some sort goes between the pump and the overhead.
Now, if the line it is going to attach into is already vented, is it necessary to put in an additional vent?
What's a ball park price I would pay a pro to install the well, pump, and copper pipe hook ups? (The rest of the pipes in the underside of the unit are already copper.)
