It depends on the pedestal, but you must either have a very old installation or be outside the USA to have the drain coming from the floor. Here it would not be permitted. : I am replacing a vanity sink with a pedestal style. The fixtures and drain are coming up through the floor. Can I install without moving the fixtures. Will the pedestal cover the drain at least.
