I would like to know if I can add a 6000 btu(Dearborn)Heater in a bathroom and a 30000 btu cook top in the kitchen and just tap into the existing gas line? The main line coming into the house is 1 1/4"(20') and it presently supplies a Water Heater(12'@1"),Heater Furnace(15'@3/4"),and Gas Log Fireplace(34'@1"). The extension to the bathroom heater and Cook Top will both be about 15' at 3/4". Since neither run alone is over 20', do I need to have a pressure test? Any Help/Advice would be greatly appreciated.-Dan |
