You might consider brass screws to mount that flange into the lead ferrels Gary suggested. In fact, use a brass or aluminum flange on that concrete floor. Some of the pros on this board are of the opinion, plastic is not good to set on concrete. Are you sure the floor drain is a 6" pipe or is the diameter of the drain assembly itself 6"? Most of the time, the drain (pipe) will be a 2 or 3" inch pipe that is trapped. It will be connected to a floor drain assembly that could be 6 or more inches in diameter.
