One is that the faucet was damaged and will have to be replaced, but the more likely one is that it just needs a new washer or mechanism, depending on the make and model of the faucet. : Yesterday my pipes were frozen. When they unthawed, the hot water is running in my bath tub, but the faucet is turned off. What could cause this and how can I fix it?
