: I'm having a difficult time finding the proper flapper for my low boy toilet. I've tried four different types of flappers to no avail. I can not find a model name in or outside the toilet. I have found these numbers and letters inside the tank. K3402BA 21473 SA My research on the web indicates that it is most likely a Kohler low boy (Rialto) Could you plz assist in identifying of this model?
