The problem is the 3" street elbow. IF you get a 4x3 closet bend fitting, it can be cut off even with the floor and the 4" flange will slide down over it to rest on the floor.
: Due to lack of communication between plumber, carpenter, tile setter... We went to install a toilet in a floor yesterday and the 3 inch elbow coming up from under the floor is too high.
: Is there a 3 inch pvc pipe that already has flange attached?
: Is there a low hub 3 inch long low elbow made? Or will this greatly reduce sewage flow. Really do not want to open up the floor too much if we can avoid it.
