You will probably need a wheel set, and an electric cord reel if it is going to be a true portable. If you can get all the pieces, the unit will not be attractive but it should function. : We need to buy a dish washer but dont have room at this time for a builtin. For price reasons I want to buy a Maytag Jet clean built in, a decent unit, for about $280 buy the conection hose normally used on a portable for about $65 including the quick disconect, and then build a cabinet enclosure with materials I have. I can do this for about $350 verse $475 for a Portable unit already made that way. I see no problems doing this...am I missing something. : Thanks
