: Our water heater quit heating the way it should. We keep it at 120 degrees to kill bacteria for our asthmatic daughter. Now,I can only get through half of a shower before the water gets cold. I replaced both elements. The heater is still working the same. Any suggestions?

If you did not bleed ALL the air out of the water heater before you turned the power on, you blew your brand new upper element. This is a common thing for do-it-yourselfers to do. A hot tap needs to be turned on for the air to escape and the water should be flowing freely through all hot taps before the power is turned on.
