: My mansfield toilet is 3 yrs old and has a very slow leakat the flush valve seat(tank emptys to seat in 24hrs. I replace the rubber seat washer and it still leaked. I then replaced the entire flush valve with a new mansfield one and it still leaks. Any ideas? Reply: If the water level drops to the flush valve seat in 24 hrs., it has to be leaking from the seal/face area or from the flush valve gasket where it meets the toilet tank. Check the new flush seat face for a slight imperfection and install a new OEM rubber seal. Good Luck. e-plumber
