: From what I understand, the inspectors around here allow a sanitary T to be used to vent a horizontal line that is below the floor up through a wall as long as the T is at 90 degrees. Someone on another discussion board has said that this is against their code. Even though an inspector will allow this, will this be a potential problem?

The vent tee on a horizontal drain branch,(underground or under the floor) can face with the bull straight up if need be, then break to the wall with a 90. The preferred method, depending on conditions would be as pictured above.
