Why would any one make one? The idea of an overflow is to prevent water from overfilling the tub.

I use my bathtub primarily for baths, not showers, and I would like to install an overflow cover that is 100% occlusive; i.e., a cover that lacks the hole on that bottom that allows the water to enter the overflow drain. I can't seem to find such a cover at my local plumbing store, but I've gotta believe one exists. Could you point me in the right direction?
