Refridgerator - replace rubber seal on door

My fridge door sometimes will not stay closed. It seems like the rubber seal is worn. Can anyone give me any hints or tips (or do's or dont's) for replacing the rubber seal on my refridgerator door before I endeavor to do it? Thanks.
