You might try tightening a touch more, but if not, replace bolts etc.
Unless the tank is cracked, you can replace the bolt ,nuts, and washers. Most hardware stores stock these as a kit pair. Shut toilet supply valve off, drain tank, remove old and install new bolts ETC. Tighten uniformly. DO NOT overtighten. Put some water in tank and check for leaks. If ok, then turn valve back on, good luck, Hube
