Oops. It's the Tile Council of America and John Bridge's website has all the info you'll need. go down a bit on this BB and you'll find it. Cheers, Rug. : Roger that. Had the same problem and if you're DIY inclined, you can DIY. The Tile Association of America has a great DIY booklet available online that takes you thru the process step-by-step.
