|In response to Re: warm outdoor shower|
Are there any freeze-proof shower models? Winter is the main time we will need to use the outdoor shower. Summers here are dry, but winters are very mucky.
: Your hosebibbs are probably freeze proof models. Your shower will always have water in the riser to the shower head, so unless the entire valve and piping is inside the house, it will freeze and break.
: : We live in the muddy Northwest and want to add an outdoor shower for rinsing off dirty dogs and possibly kids before they come inside. We want it to have hot and cold running water, and we don't want it to freeze and burst the pipes in the winter. Any ideas?
: : The wall we are mounting it to already has hot and cold water available, and our hose bibs never freeze. Can we just mount whatever faucet we want and plumb it up like a regular shower and not worry about freezing?
: : Do you have any recommendations on products that might work?
