Help! I just bought a new house, and within a few days of moving in, started hearing hammering pipes sounds when the upstairs toilet was flushed. At first it was only for a few seconds, now (2 months later) the hammering goes on for the entire time it takes for the bowl to fill. If I turn the shower on, the hammering stops, but starts up again when the shower is turned off. How can I fix this? |
