It could be leaking from the previous toilet seal.
Hopefully, the new floor will cover the damaged area.
Your plumber should have an easy time installing the TOTO Drake toilet.
It's all pretty standard.

: I was blaming the blue spots under my linoleum floor on my boys (they've flooded it twice during bath time). I didn't realize until recently they are caused my moisture. However, the spots are on both sides of the toilet and getting larger. I have noticed an occasional "drip" sound from the toilet (sounds like one drop of water from a faucet). I'm having a tile floor installed and a new TOTO Drake installed by a plumber.
