What retrofit parts are on the market to materially reduce the noise of the toilet flushing ? Current installed units have flapper valve tank openings and a relatively common floating open and shut-valve. Can they be replaced with engineered, modern elements to reduce noise? Ball-park costs of such items? Thanks
