I've got the same problem. I was able to get the 300/500 service kit. How do I get the old plastic parts out and the new ones in? Does the device come apart? : Leaking from the cap: get the anti-siphon service kit.(~$3) : Leaking from the handle: get the 300/500 series service kit which replaces most "soft" hardware in the unit. (~$7) : Broken handle or rusty handle bolt: get handle replacement which includes bolt (~$2) : I got my service parts at doitbest.com.
