No. Sometimes you can run water through them backwards and flush out any debris that has created a logjam at a fitting. But if the pipe itself is badly corroded, then there is no solution, and if there were the process of removing the internal rust would usually cause holes in the pipe that the rust was sealing.
: HJ. Isn't there a way to pressureize the pipes and clean out some of the rust? I hear different stories.
