As regards your main question about the vent sizing, the fact is that you have 2 tubs and 2 lavs (you didn't mention toilets) on the line. That equals 6 fixture units, and a 2" vent pipe is more than adequate to vent these. A 2" waste line is also probably adequate, especially as a tub (because of its inherent water holding capacity) requires less drainage than a shower stall. You could probably get away with your set-up (but see the other comments about the trap configurations) with 2" drainpipe. If I were building it, however, I'd go to 3" drainpipe. NtP
