11 inch rough-in

The measurement from the finished wall to the center of the floor bolt for existing toilet is 11 inches. Can I use a Toto Drake or Toto Carusoe with a 12 inch rough-in? In general do 12 inch rough-in toilets fit 11 inch rough-in spaces.
