No matter how long or short the hose is, it never completely empties.
: I live on a military post and in the apartment that I live the washing machine and dryer are on an inside wall. Therefore, there is not drain hole for the washer and I had to add a hose long enough to reach my kitchen sink. (about 13 feet) The washer works fine, but the water never clears through the hose.
