: The pipes vibrate and are noisy when one of the toilets is refilling. This toilet also takes longer to refill than the other. This only affects one toilet in the house. Both toilets are on the same floor. What could be causing this?

Probably a problem with the ballcock assembly--loose washer, debreis in fill valve...
I would replace with a Fluidmaster 400A. They are inexpensive and easy to install.
