what would cause my shower head (removable hand held) to emit a high pitched "whine". It is usually accompanied by lower water pressure as well. The noise is worse on hot than cold. The only way I can stop it is to push down just a bit on the lever on the bath spout that controls the flow between tub and shower. thanks
