Dry sillcock valve

The Nibaco anti-sphone frostproof sillcock valve doesn't have water come out when I turned it on the first time
after the Winter and It's been dry ever since. I checked the valve inside the house which leads to it, there
is water there. We've lived in the house for 7 years, this is the first time ever had problem with the valve.
Do I need to replace the valve?

Thanks in advance!

Ming
