: I am installing a new sump pump/basin in my basement. I am putting the basin in the corner where I have access to the drain tile. Should I drill holes in the basin to allow ground water into the basin in addition to running the drain tile into the basin or should I just run the drain tile into the basin? : Brian You should only connect the drain tile openings.
