My inlaws have a house in Everett built in the early 50's. The master bathroom is now getting rusty hot water after initially turning on the tub and/or sink hot water valves. It goes away after a few seconds. No other rooms experience this problem. This happens even with regular use. What is the most likely cause of this problem?
