: Our house is 5 years old and on public water system. Next door neighbor has 60psi at their house. Don't know what ours is but is definitely lower. Whenever washing machine/dishwasher/or other water source is running, the pressure is low everywhere else. Have two water heaters in attic. Could the pressure control value be bad or need adjustment?

A pressure gauge at the hose bib will tell you what the static pressure is.
You didn't mention how old your pipes are, it could be undersized or corroding pipes. Terry
