The best thing I have found is a wall paper steamer from a rental company. Once the steamer is up to pressure start pushing the hose into the pipe to melt the ice. It is a slow process, since the ground is also frozen and will keep the ice cold. : An outdoor underground sewer pipe has frozen. Is there a way to unfreeze it? What type of tool is needed? Please help.
