If this is a tile kitchen countertop, then my preference would be a cast-iron tile-in sink with square corners. An undermount it that installation will usually separate from the tile and create a leak situation everytime water gets on the rim and leaks through the crack. Faucets are an individual preference, but my recommendation is one with a pull out hose spout, eiher single or three hole mounting depending on your particular situation. : I have one day to choose a sink. I am looking at cast iron vs. fireclay. Also, can you tell me advantages of tile mount vs. undermount sinks. Last, how about faucets - what brand, what to look for, separate spray head, etc. I can do whatever I want, but I only have one chance to get it right! : Thanks!
