My locality is trying to harrass me into spending $3k for a new, larger, water meter. The only way I can avoid it is to provide them with a "Hydrolic analysis calculation" in which we "address velocity in clear, concise manner". They also referred to table 6-5 1997 uniform plumbing code.
Any one have any suggestions how to deal with this? What are they looking for? Do I have to hire some engineer?
PS My water pressure is just fine.
Thanks, A LOT, for any help.
