Good pressure (about that of a 50 gal. tank) and NEVER runs out of hot water. It hold the same temp. at different flow rates and if you turn of alot of faucets at once, it doesn't get cold on you.There is a larger version that will run more than two fixtures abundantly. I bought mine at Home Depot. They are maufactured by Bocsh. Much better than a tank water heater.
