If the bowl has the proper amount of water in it, then the water level cannot be adjusted. Pour water into the bowl and see if the water level rises. If it does the bowl is not up to its capacity.
: Just moved into a new handicapped assessible home. Both toilets are water-saver types. Problem is that the water level in the bowl is so low that there is more porcelian exposed than water, making it hard to clean and/or requiring daily cleaning ! Any way to make the water level in the bowl, deeper ? Thanks.
