You can't. It is designed into the bowl and if you reduce the level you may wind up with a toilet that you have to flush twice to get it to clear. : How can I lower the standing water level in my toilet bowl? Everything seems to working fine mechanically, but with every flush I fear an overflow...Thanks for the advice!
