I was the owner of one the Kohler toilets that DID explode! It blew porcelain 26 feet in my home and put a hole in the wall...thank God no one was hurt or ?. It has taken 13 months to restore my home as it had to be taken down to the sub-flooring and stud walls. Talk about a disruption in my life!

I was never notified of any recall even though my toilet had a serial number. What good is a serial number if it is not used to track down the owner for a potential recall? I have replaced every toilet in my home with ToTo.
