Ron, It sounds like a noisey fill valve. It may just be cleaning, or it could need to be replaced. Terry : After the toilet flushes and fills, a fairly loud humming/vibrating noise builds and then fades away. The next one , a few seconds later, is not as loud or lengthy. The final two aren't nearly as discernable. : This only happens in our upstairs bathroom. : What is it and how do I stop it? : Thank You
