Americast Sink is Melting

Ok, I've read a lot of really bad comments about the Americast Sink. Within a year of installation we noticed cracks and chipping along the front edge of the sink. Calls to American Standard, when answered, got us nothing but a tube of paint. The problem is that the sink seems to be delaminating and there are new chips as well as the repairs cracking off. The front face of the sink which extends over the counter seems to be bowing out almost as if the material is slowly flowing so that it now descibes a curve instead of a straight line. American Standard refuses to even discuss a replacement. Has there ever been a recall or has anyone been able to get a replacement from them or the retailer?
