OKAY!! I fixed mine Sue. I took off the handle and removed the plastic governor that some government committee had required, no doubt. And Voila, hot water once again. I don't know if I can be trusted with my new power of hot water on demannd, but I'm going to live it up til they come and put the plastic governor back in there.
