I have a tri-level and there is a leak from the ceiling vent/fan cover in the lower level bathroom. It drips occasionally, sometimes heavy. Directly upstairs is a bathtub and the tub faucet leaks (a little drip). If the downstairs leak continues after I fix the faucet...Where do I start to look for the problem??
