: I recently replaced the parts to my tank. The problem I am having is that with the first flush it doesn't put enough water into the bowl, and nothing will go down. After the first flush there is enough water in the bowl that it works properly. So it is taking two flushes everytime.

The small tube from the fill valve needs to drain into the overflow. That is what fills the bowl to the proper amount.
