: I bought my house with an unfinished bathroom some years ago. Now that I'm wantng to finish it, I notice that the rough-in / flange is too far forward (18 inches from the wall). This puts the toilet too far forward toward the sink (directly in front of toilet). Its a small bathoom in a townhouse so not much room to deal with it and the door way is between where the sinl and toilet would be located. Without digging up the concrete and moving the flange is there any thing else i can do? (offset flanges seem only to be for 2 inches).

Even the offset flange would require some concrete breakout.
Most 14" rough toilets use a 12" bowl with a tank that hangs back. That wouldn't give you any added space in front.
Toto makes models that use a Unifit adapter. That means with the 14" Unifit, that the end of the bowl would set out 32-3/4" from the wall.
The other option, would be to break out the concrete and fix it. It should be 12" from the finished wall. Plus or minus a bit is ok, but missing it by six inches is way much.
