There are several possibilities but it may take a plumber checking the system to see what the real problem is. It could be the shower valves but if they were defective, it would usually create the problem after the water was run for a while not immediately. But there are situations where a proablem in an adjoining condominium can cause your symptoms.
: When I turn on the cold water in any of my faucets of my condo, I get scalding hot water for two or three minutes before it cools down. I was told it was my shower valve, but after replacing that, nothing changed. Any suggestions?
