Plumbing washing machine

Hi,

Having a serious problem with machine that was plumbed in 3 years ago. Recently the water instead of going down the out pipe, it comes up the pipe and floods the kitchen. I have re jigged the pipes and added a u-bend.
But flooding still occurs!

Any ideas?
